1. Who We Are
We’re Icelandic Eider ehf., based in Akureyri, Iceland. We care for eider ducks, collect their abandoned down with patience and respect, and make products that redefine what luxury and sustainability mean, without cages, cruelty, or compromise.
2. What You’re Agreeing To
By browsing, clicking, snooping, subscribing, or shopping, you're agreeing to:
- Use the site for lawful, non-scammy purposes.
- Not copy, resell, or misuse our content, logo, photos, or absurdly rare eiderdown claims.
- Accept that things may change, just like in nature.
3. Content & Copyright
All the text, photos, videos, and duck-related poetry are either ours or licensed for our use. Please don’t repost, steal, or AI-train on it without permission. Want to collaborate? Drop us a line.
4. Pricing & Products
Our prices are listed in EUR. They include worldwide shipping but may not include taxes unless suggested. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but typos happen. If a price looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Products made with eiderdown are by nature limited, seasonal, and may vary slightly because nature doesn’t do copy-paste.
5. Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide via DHL, except to places that would require us to tame a dragon to get there. Delivery times depend on your location, the weather in Iceland, and global logistics so... patience is appreciated.
Custom items such as duvets are made to order and non-returnable. For anything else, we’ll work with you like humans. Email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make things right.
6. Privacy
We don’t like spam either. We’ll only collect the info we need to serve you better—like emails for our newsletter or addresses for shipping duvets. We won’t sell your data, and we won’t stalk you.
7. Liability
We try to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t promise the site will be glitch-free 100% of the time (we're duck farmers, not wizards). We’re not liable for any damages from using or misusing the site. Don’t use our products in dangerous ways—yes, they’re warm, but no, they’re not fireproof.
8. Changes to These Terms
We might update these from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here. Keep checking back if you’re into that sort of thing.
